We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We will update this policy if our practices change.
By using the Service, you authorize us to send SMS messages and emails to your End Users on your behalf for the purpose of requesting reviews. All SMS messages comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable regulations. End Users may opt out of receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. We honor all opt-out requests immediately.
By providing your own phone number, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS messages from OpinionGuard. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion of your information, and the right to opt out of the sale of your information. The Service is operated from the United States.
